How do you ensure the highest quality for active campaigns / services?

Customer Support

How many campaigns can you manage at the same time?

There is no limit, we can manage a lot of them because we have a staff of over 700 people.

Can I get call recordings? Is it an additional service?

You can receive recordings of calls made by resources, and it is a service included in the package.

What is the zero error rate guarantee?

The zero error rate guarantee is particularly relevant for the purposes of Data Entry projects, where we guarantee that there will be zero errors in data entry, data copying, etc.

What is quality control?

Quality control is an optional service that is carried out by dedicated resources who check the quality of the phone calls and the work done by the resources.

In the case of telephone calls, quality control is carried out remotely and in real time, by an operator who listens to the call and fills out a form in which he gives his opinion on the opening, presentation of the offer and closure.

For customers who do not require this service, we still provide a 4-hour check or a sample of 4 calls per month to check the progress of the campaign.

In the case of Data Entry orders that involve the writing of sentences, the quality control is carried out in Italy by native speakers, to verify the syntax and structure of the sentences entered.
