What are the requirements to join we are fiber?

The basic requirements for working with us are:

  • Significant experiences;
  • Fluent in the required languages;
  • Skills and know-how;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Problem-solving oriented;
  • Communicative;
  • Prone to teamwork.

Customer Support

Is there an initial trial / training period?  

The training of resources is done by the customer, but there is also a training phase done by we are fiber, in which we present our company, our vision and basic notions such as empathy and our rules for handling phone calls . There is also a 10-day test period for each operator
